A lot of people have asked about the protein pancakes!
All you need is:
1 scoop (30g) Protein powder
splash of milk (for a bit o'wet)
1) Whizz them all together in a blender
2) With a hot non-stick frying pan make mini circles, around 8-10 cm as the pancakes
3) After 1 minute they begin to bubble, turn them over with a silicone spatula.
4) You should be able to make 10 mini pancakes out of the mixture.
