Personal Training focuses on your plans, goals and aspirations to increase your levels of activity and fitness. Working with a Personal Trainer helps you to focus on increasing activity, perfecting your form and increasing motivation to exercise. Personal Training works in either one to one (1:1) or two to one (2:1) ratios - to help focus on the individuals fitness journey. Small groups are also available (3:1 and 4:1) for people who wish to work out together in a familiar small group setting.

Are you based in a Gym and will I need a membership to Train with you?
RERactive are not based in a gym, and instead travel to your home or a place convenient to you - be it your home, garden or local park. We aim to workout without being tied to a Gym, and you to train yourself in the space you have! At the end of the day, the best workout is the one you do!
Do I need to buy equipment to work out with you?
Everything you need to work out will be provided by RERactive, we have over 100 pieces of kit; Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Slam balls, Medicine balls, Small and Long Resistance Bands, Punchbags, TRX, Steppers, Core Balance Balls, Ankle Weights, BOSU, Abs Rollers, Mats, Ladders, Battle Ropes, Jump Ropes. You name it and we'll probably have it (if not we'll probably source it!). For any fitness equipment as well we'll always be happy to show you how to use it so you're able to incorporate that in to your weekly independent workouts.
Do you give homework or just the workout at the time?
We know motivation is key to development a fit and healthy mindset and lifestyle. That's why with our 'block' sessions we give you challenges to do in the week... we don't call it Homework, more of a IFA; an "Independent Fitness Activity" - challenge yourself to do the workout a couple of times a week, send us a sweaty selfie and before you know it, workouts will be part of your daily routine!
What about Nutrition, do you do meal plans?
In the UK, only Registered Dieticians (RDs) can medically prescribe nutrition plans. Dieticians are degree-qualified professionals who have undergone extensive training. Instead, as a Nutrition Coach, we can help you understand the way that food affects your fitness, weight and general health, and assist you in coming up with a plan that benefits the your body and needs. We can provide advice on healthy eating, recommend positive changes that can help you achieve your goals; such as 'losing weight', gaining muscle, or improving strength.
I don't even know where to start with exercise, do you train all levels?
Here at RERactive we train all types and levels of fitness and abilities; from the very beginner starting out to the athletes. We work with what you can do, where you want to go and begin that journey with you. We will challenge you yes, but we'll also be there every step of the way to keep you on track, and give you time when you need it. From your first KM to your Marathon training, from the first star jump to the burpee tuck jumps, we will be there every step of the way - and make sure you have fun doing it!
