I've never had a Personal Trainer before, I thought you only had them if you were going to be "hench"... Thank goodness I met Rachael and she said that is 100% not the case! I have been using different bodyweight exercises at home and the garden and it's been great - definitely would recommend!

I have lost almost 2 stone now! Getting in the Gym I had no idea what to use so just went on the treadmill, cross trainer and home. Rachael has taught me all about free weights and using the boys area (actually just the weights ares, and that girls can use it too). Now become a total Gymshark bunny and loving it.

Getting back in to exercise has been hard but worth it. I don't have much time with work and the kids but Rach has taught me things I can do in a small amount of time to get the best impact. Looking forward to the next session.

Running has always been something I thought I could do, then I met Rach! Going from "10 minute miles" to now "8 minute miles", and from a 2 mile run with stops to almost 7 miles. She keeps saying i'll be doing a half marathon with her soon... ha!
